A simple joke; a polite laugh
Let’s walk away from this dangerous trap
The sun is shining down on us
You better put on a hat
Fleeting glances; take no chances
Feelings once familiar
Is that all it takes?
Have I got the tricks that you’re supposed to see
Birds fly away; flowers bloom
A fool can’t help but repeat his mistakes
Feelings so familiar
A jester without his purpose
An empty court; a home distraught
Feelings too familiar
